This building is located at 220 east commercial street in Springfield. The building was originally the Union National Bank in the late 1800s and later became the Citizen's Bank. The third floor in the early days was home to a men's lodge and the front part once housed a surgical room for doctors located on the second floor of the building. The first floor is now home to Top Dog Antiques. There have been many instances of customers hearing faint whispers which sound like female voices, perhaps bank employees? There have also been instances of two figures appearing not only to customers but also to the present business owner. The figures are of a man and a woman and have always been seen at separate times. The lights have turned themselves off throughout the building and doors lock themselves. The televisions in the building have also been known to turn themselves on and also change channels.
